Brad gained valuable experience in Operations and Management during his 26 year tenure with The Home Depot. Brad opened 3 stores from bare ground to the Grand Opening. Setting racking, store layout and making product moves with Executive Corporate Management and Buyers. Brad hired and trained new associates, and was responsible for all aspects of the store operations including overseeing stocked shelves, displays, and setup all operational areas. A key position for Brad was his position as a Store Manager of a Test Store, working with the corporate office to test various layouts, sales targets and profitability.

As Operations Manager, Brad is responsible for all shop activities including the reconditioning of batteries and chargers, shipping & receiving and supplier relations. Brad is a valuable member of the team and is trusted by our customers and valued channel partners to provide fair and timely products and services. Brad enjoys many water activities including boating, waterskiing & fishing as well as attending his sons many sports games.
